If you are a rural resident of Collinsville and would like to sign up and become a member of the Collinsville Rural EMS, please call LaPasha Fifer, Rural EMS Coordinator at 918-371-1010 ext 2020 or simply click the links below and mail in.  This membership covers the transport from the point of pick-up to the the drop off hospital. The cost is $96.00 per year and you will be invoiced once a year. If you have a City of Collinsville utility bill, you can choose between having this service billed on your utility bill monthly or pay yearly through LaPasha Fifer.
