Online Bill Payment
PAY BILLS ONLINE here. If your payment has not been made by the 21st, your account is considered past due Please do not make a past due payment online for any date after the 21st unless you have previously made financial arrangements with the office

Pay By Phone with Debit/Credit Cards
Gives you access to your account 24 hours a day 365 days a year, with no waiting. No cost to you to use this service. Make your payment at a time convenient to you.Hear real time account balances and due dates. Pay over a secure automated phone system. Call 866-238-2293 to make a payment or to get your account balance. You will need your account number.
For your convenience, the night drop is located by the drive up at City Hall, The drive up is between City Hall and the Fire Department. The drop box is collected at 8:30 a.m. Any payment dropped after this time will be posted the next business day.
Please do not put cash payment in the night drop. If your utilities are in jeopardy of being disconnected or already have been disconnected, please do not put your payment in the night drop. Please bring the payment into City Hall.
Automatic Bank Draft
The City of Collinsville offers automatic bank draft from your checking account. Simply bring in a voided check and complete an automatic draft application. Payments for customers paying by bank draft will not be drafted until the 21st of each month, giving you an extra 11 days to pay with no penalties!
