The Shoppes at Cooper Ranch will be a commercial development project at the intersection of HWY 75 and HWY 20. The new development will be tastefully contemporary in its design aesthetic while intended to provide a wide variety of commercial services for locals and travelers alike.

 The development will include two 15,600 square foot shopping centers that will provide space to be leased for retail businesses.  We are hopeful that many of these spaces will become home to locally-owned stores which will cater to our vision that calls for a variety in commercial business types.

 An attractive and spacious restaurant area is included in the project plans, which will provide indoor and outdoor dining areas. The development will also offer 11 acres of outparcel lots that will be for sale to companies interested in building their own facility on location.  The possibilities are endless at The Shoppes at Cooper Ranch as the site is well suited for a variety of retail and service businesses.  Currently, there are plans to provide office space for small businesses and for businesses providing medical services. In addition to the commercial facility facing HWY 20, the space will also include a mini storage facility to service the exploding residential developments being built at a record pace in the area.

 This new development will be the first in the area to offer a variety of highly demanded services to locals and those who frequently travel through HWY 20 and/or HWY 75.
