For outdoor enthusiasts, the City has a 44-acre city lake and mountain biking and hiking trail system. In 2016, we successfully built our 3.5 mile trail network. The trails promote and facilitate a healthy lifestyle and opportunities for public service.
The trails have seen a diverse group of people from runners, hikers, bikers, student-leadership groups and more, spend their time here enjoying and contributing to the preservation of our newly acquired community asset.

Directions
- Head east on 146th Street (less than 1 mile past Highway 169)
- Turn left on 149th E Avenue, drive 1/2 of a mile.
- Turn right on 151st Street, drive roughly 1/2 of a mile.
- Turn left on City Lake Road - the gravel Parking lot on 151st Street
