AGREEMENT
By submitting this registration for the Virtual Earth Day Clean Up I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the City of Collinsville, GRDA, the Cherokee Nation, Tulsa County, it's employees, and agents against any and all claims resulting from participation in the 2021 Virtual Earth Day Clean Up event to be held from April 22 to April 24, 2021.
SUBMITTING
Clean Up Kit registrations are due no later than April 17, 2021. You will be contacted by email with details of when and where the pick up will be for the kits. Also remember to post photos of your work on the City of Collinsville Event Facebook page with hashtag #CollinsvilleVirtualEarthDayCleanUp2021, #KeepCollinsvilleBeautiful . Please note that kits will be available to the first 200 participants that register at this time.
